Massachusetts moved ahead Monday with its gradual reopening plan, with indoor restaurants allowed to serve customers, and nail salons, massage parlors and tattoo and piercing shops allowed to open their doors. As different parts of the country move ahead at different paces with returning to business in the midst of the coronavirus pandemic, epidemiologists warn the public health threat is not over.
